Meet Milo

Milo's story
HRT Access Fund recipient
Milo (he/him) lives in a small town where no local providers are willing to offer HRT. The nearest option charges over $100 a month, which is out of reach as Milo balances bills, student loan payments, and food insecurity. After losing his full-time job and his car breaking down, he now works part-time from home, making safe and consistent care even harder to access.
For Milo, receiving HRT support would be life-changing. “It would mean being comfortable in my body and finally getting to be myself,” he shared. A year of care would provide relief, stability, and the chance to focus on building a future where he can thrive in his identity.
