Meet Tiffany

Tiffany (she/her) is currently experiencing homelessness, moving between family members’ homes while trying to access the care she needs. Without stable housing or reliable income, finding safe, affordable HRT has been an ongoing struggle.

She had previously been able to receive hormone therapy through a program, but after its funding ended, Tiffany was left without options. “It would mean I could continue to get hormone therapy that I was receiving,” she explains, sharing that she has even had to resort to unsafe alternatives to access her medication.

For Tiffany, support from the HRT Access Fund would provide not only continuity of care but also the safety and stability of knowing her medication is secure.
