For Workplaces
Whether you’re a team of two or a company of thousands, your workplace can help trans people access life-changing healthcare, and build a more inclusive culture along the way.
Four ways your workplace can get involved
Fund trans healthcare as a team
Make your team’s giving go further
Every dollar helps a trans person access care they couldn’t otherwise afford.
- Start a team fundraiser. Rally your team, ERG or whole company around a shared goal. Get ideas
- Double it with matching. Many employers match gifts, sometimes two or three times over. We’re verified on Benevity, Goodera and more. Check for matching
- Earn volunteer grants. Some companies donate for every hour employees volunteer, including letter-writing. Learn how

Write letters of love and support
Host a letter-writing event
Handwritten notes remind trans people across the country, and around the world, that someone sees, supports and celebrates them. For your team, it’s a chance to speak from the heart and connect with each other in a deeper way.
- Set up a drop-in station with supplies at the office
- Host an in-person or virtual event with a facilitator
- Invite coworkers to write from home on their own time

Bring Point of Pride to speak
