• Your privacy and security are our top priorities. For most virtual events, your personal information will be hidden from other participants. Your video and microphone will be disabled. You won't have access to view or interact with other attendees. Instead, you can communicate only with staff via private chat. (For events in which your name, webcam, or audio functionality will be enabled, we'll notify you at the time of registration.)
• Virtual events include automatically generated captions with Zoom's built-in real-time translation.
• For most virtual events, live ASL interpretation is provided. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements you or your support person may have.
