The Trans Health Survey

Launching August 2025!

For and by trans people

Point of Pride is launching a national health survey created by a team of trans advocates, researchers, and organizers. It's built around safety, access, joy, and autonomy. Because trans healthcare should be shaped by the people who experience it! We want to hear from trans people across the country about:

Care that made you feel seen and supported
Barriers and adversity that got in the way
Ideas you have for a better future

We’re committed to protecting your privacy and safety. All responses will be securely stored and kept fully confidential.

Your voice matters. By sharing your experiences, you can help build a future where trans health is safer, more accessible, and more affirming for everyone. Together, we’ll create new resources for patients and healthcare providers, drive change, and expand access to affirming care. Read the press release to learn more about the project.

Host a Trans Health Survey Gathering!

Are you part of a small non-profit or grassroots group working to uplift trans voices? We invite you to host a community gathering where folks can take the Trans Health Survey together in a safe, welcoming space.
