Workplace Giving Opportunities

Donate to support our mission

Your support helps us provide life-changing care to trans people who need it most. Whether you're a team of two or a company of thousands, you can make a powerful impact by contributing to Point of Pride.

Individual or team giving

Make a one-time or monthly donation—solo or as an ERG/team effort. Every dollar helps us provide essential care to trans folks who otherwise couldn’t access it.

Employer matching

Double (or even triple!) your impact. Point of Pride is a verified non-profit on Benevity, Goodera, and other platforms. Don’t forget to check if your company offers donation matching—learn how.

Bring Point of Pride to speak

Host a powerful, engaging session that sparks connection and builds allyship among your team. Whether virtual or in-person, our events are engaging, thoughtful presentations led by trans educators. We tailor each session to your group's needs or interests—covering topics like gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ cultural competency, how to be a stronger ally, queer mental health, and so much more.

What makes it special?

  • Interactive and informative
  • Designed to spark real conversation
  • Honorarium directly supports our programs for trans people in need

Volunteer through letter-writing

Host a letter-writing event to send messages of love and support to trans youth and adults across the country and around the world. These handwritten notes are more than just words—they’re powerful reminders that someone out there sees, supports, and values the recipient. And for those writing the cards, it’s a chance to speak from the heart, celebrate trans joy, and connect with colleagues in a deeper way.

If your company offers volunteerism grants, you can earn donations for Point of Pride just by writing letters! Learn how it works

No matter the format, this is a feel-good, flexible activity your whole team can take part in.

  • Set up a drop-in station with supplies at the office
  • Host a scheduled in-person or virtual event with a facilitator
  • Encourage employees to write cards from home on their own time
