Meet our recipients:

Note

This cycle, we received 674 applications, meaning 21% of applicants were awarded funding. That said, every person deserves access to necessary and affirming healthcare, which makes the process of selecting recipients with our limited financial resources—paired with the current political attacks against trans healthcare—extremely challenging.

Thank you

This life-changing impact is made possible thanks to incredible fundraisers—like Mercury Stardust's Stream-a-Thon for Trans Health—and the collective power of tens of thousands of supporters who have given so generously to sustain our mission.

"Most of the people who support this work are trans folks or allies—individuals giving what they can, often in small amounts, to help someone else feel safe, seen, and affirmed," says Jeff Main, Executive Director. "In this political moment, it’s humbling to witness how our community not only endures times of deep challenge and uncertainty—we grow stronger through them. We’re not just resilient. We take care of each other."

To our donors, Community Grantmaking Fellows, volunteers, and supporters: thank you for showing up with your generosity, your time, and your belief in a future where trans people thrive.

Looking to the future

Applications for the next cycle will be accepted online beginning January 1, 2026. On our program webpage, you can learn more and sign up for an email alert to be reminded to apply.
